The following terms and conditions apply to information shown in the pages www.trimsecrets.com and to the ordering of any products from the website. By placing an order, you agree to and accept these terms and conditions.
Customer Service
Placing your order
Once you have decided on the items you wish to order click add to CART. You can continue to browse the site. If you decide to log out, items will remain in your basket when you next log in to continue shopping!
When you have finished shopping select proceed to checkout. If you have a discount code please enter it in the box provided. Any relevant discount will be deducted from the total of your order. Please see below on tips how to use discount codes. When requested enter your card details and delivery address if this is different from your account address.
If you have already registered with TrimSecrets, log in using your customer ID or email address and password, and your delivery details will automatically be inputted.
Payment methods accepted
We accept the following types of card: Maestro, American Express, Delta, MasterCard, Visa, Visa Debit and Solo.
Using a discount code
To claim a discount or free postage promotion you must enter a valid discount code in the box provided and press go. Please check that the discount has been deducted from your order before proceeding. If you do not follow this method the discount will not appear. Unfortunately we cannot reimburse anyone who has not entered the code correctly.
Pricing and availability
Customs and Duty
Please note that all shipments to US and Rest of World destinations may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by you; we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be.

All orders are subject to availability.
Prices
The prices quoted are those ruling at the time of production. Due to circumstances beyond our control, prices may have to be altered up or down, including any alteration to the rate of value added tax. The correct price will be shown on your delivery note. If for this or any other reason an item is not acceptable, it may be returned providing it is sent back within 14 days in accordance with our standard return policy. This does not affect your statutory rights. All prices shown are cash prices. The price quoted on our site is in British pounds.
We subscribe to the Code of Practice established by the Mail Order Traders’ Association in consultation with the Office of Fair Trading. We undertake to deal with any complaint speedily and sympathetically. If a complaint cannot be resolved to your complete satisfaction, we will refer the problem for conclusion by The Director, The Mail Order Traders' Association, 40 Waterloo Road, Birkdale, Southport, PR8 2NG.

In the event that you or a member of your household are not available, a card will be left for you to arrange collection at your local Post Office.
We aim to dispatch all orders within 48 hours subject to credit clearance and availability of stock. Your parcel will be delivered by Royal Mail, at normal Royal Mail delivery times. Please allow up to 10 working days for delivery. Please advise us if you have not received your parcel within 10 working days. All missing parcels must be reported within 14 working days from the date the order was placed.
If the address that you state as your billing address online does not match the address your card is registered to there may be a delay in the dispatch of your parcel. We cannot be held responsible for any delay and are unable to refund postage charges.

Returns and Refunds
In the event that you are dissatisfied with your TrimSecrets purchase you may return it within 14 days for a refund or an exchange subject to the goods being returned in the condition in which they were dispatched with all seals intact. When returning an item, complete the returns section which you will find on the back of the delivery note received with your order. Return the form along with the item(s) to the address below. When returning goods, we recommend that you send goods back by recorded delivery for your own security as we unfortunately cannot accept responsibility for goods being returned to us that get lost in the post or are otherwise not received at our Returns Department.

Please note that unless the item is faulty we are unable to refund any postage costs incurred for goods that are being exchanged or refunded.
All returns will be dealt with within 14 days of receipt. Refunds will be credited in the same form as the original payment type and within 14 days. Please allow up to two billing cycles for a refund to appear on your credit /debit card statement.
