MyTrim allows you to create and print your daily/weekly shopping list from our recommended food tables. You can plan your own meals according to your personal likes and dislikes which means that you are in complete control of your healthy eating plan. If you create a list yourself, to your own tastes, it is more likely that you will stick to it and get results quicker!

VARIETY IS THE SPICE OF LIFE and successful slimmers eat a wide variety of foods.
It is important to include a variety of lean meat, poultry and fish, and /or vegetable-derived proteins such as, beans, pulses and chickpeas. Also eat at least 5 portions of vegetables per day – don’t forget that vegetable portions are unrestricted. Remember to go for the healthier option and substitute high fat foods with alternatives. Also opt for wholegrain or wholemeal where possible.

Food planning and preparation are fundamental to successful weight loss. Just tick the box beside each item to add to your shopping list. When you are finished, update and print.
