Comments: I think this product is fantastic! My diet wasn't too bad before I started taking Trim Secrets and I made sure I got to the gym 3 times a week! Despite this my weight loss had reached a plateau. When I started taking Trim Secrets a couple of months ago I found a real difference in my appetite very quickly! I had no desire to snack between meals which is great because I would always have fancied a bit of chocolate after dinner or sometimes in the afternoon. Also, normally when I got in from the gym I was totally starving and found myself snacking before I even had time to put dinner out! At the minute I find there's no urgency to get something to eat and when I do, I don't always want to finish it (a miracle!)! Despite this I still eat chocolate or have the odd snack whenever I want it amd it hasn't hampered my weight loss! When I started taking Trim Secrets I weighed 10st 2. I now weigh 9st 2! I'm delighted at the loss of a stone without having to go through a crazy diet or lifestyle change! I would definitely recommend it to anyone!
